Every cell on the grid is alive or dead. Each generation, a dead cell with exactly 3 living
neighbors is born, and a living cell survives only with 2 or 3 living neighbors — written
B3/S23. That's the entire rule, and yet it produces stable shapes, oscillating
patterns, and "gliders" that travel across the grid forever. Cellscape ships with B3/S23 as its
default, alongside 30+ other Life-like rules to explore.
